Memandangkan kje tu ada shift, jd aku perlu prepare diri drpd segi kesihatan fizikal. Aku perlu rajin bersenam utk dptkan stamina yg kuat. Kje 8.5jam + ngn break 1jam setiap kali sgt perlu stamina yg kuat. Papepun mental dan emosi pun kna prepare gak..
